Processing and Shipping Policy
For security purposes a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card and you may see two amounts however we assure you that only one will be processed when the order ships. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. CST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday. Allow 3-4 business day, excluding holidays, for handling and processing in addition to transit time. Once your order ships you will receive an additional email with tracking information. For expedited delivery contact us at 1-888-226-5446 or customerservice@colgin.com prior to placing the order to confirm date of delivery. Otherwise Colgin cannot guarantee delivery.
