Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ¼ cup white onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 4 cups half-and-half
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke 

Instructions

In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and celery. Add flour and mix well. Add half-and-half, simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add shrimp and smoke; simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
