Easy Beef Stew
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 1 pund round steak, cut into cubes
- 1 cup chopped white onion
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In large soup pot, combine broth, water, beef and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Simmer on low heat until beef is done. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat until vegetables are done. Great over rice and topped with cheese.
