Spanish Rice

Ingredients
- 1 (6.8oz.) box spanish rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon COLGIN MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
In large skillet, melt butter, add rice and brown. Add water, smoke and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes.
