Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 (6.8oz.) box spanish rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (14oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon COLGIN MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

In large skillet, melt butter, add rice and brown. Add water, smoke and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes.
