Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup green peppers
  • 2 ribs of chopped celery
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Colgin Liquid Smoke
  • 2 oz. sliced pimentos
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325F. Beat eggs and combine with other ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a baking dish and bake on 325F for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add breadcrumbs to top. Return to oven and brown about 5 minutes.
