- 2 lbs. white mushrooms
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce or to taste
- 6 oz. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms, worcestershire, salt, pepper and hot sauces to butter. Cover pan; cook mushrooms on medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook about 20 minutes. Do not let mushrooms stick to skillet. Serve hot.
