French Toast & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 cups french bread,cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, soften
  • 3 eggs,beaten
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples,peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

Spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray. Place bread in bottom of baking dish, top with raisins, apples, pecans and cream cheese. Combine eggs, milk,syrup,vanilla and worcestershire sauce. Pour egg mixture over bread. Chill 4 hours. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over bread. Bake in oven at 350* for 40-50 minutes. Serve with extra syrup if needed.
