Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- ½ cup 2% milk
- ½ cup chicken broth or beef broth
- 2 tablespoon honey mustard
- ½ teaspoon horseradish or to taste(optional)
- 1 teaspoon COLGIN APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
Instructions
In sauce pan combine broth and cornstarch, heat gently and stir continuously until cornstarch is dissolved, add milk slowly, add mustard, sourcream, horseradish and smoke bring to boil, simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce is thicken. Sauce can be poured over meat at baking time.
