
Smoked Salmon Spread
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 14 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon chopped celery
- 3 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon COLGINS PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
- 1 teaspoon COLGINS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, liquid smoke, Worcestershire, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well add the remaining ingredients to cream cheese. Serve on crackers.
