Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbs, white horseradish
  • 1 tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Chill sauce for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with smoked salmon.
