Beef Liver Pate

  • 1 lb. beef liver, chopped in pieces
  • 4oz. chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 cup red wine or less
  • 1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray


In large skillet saute the liver. Add the garlic,onion,Worcestershire sauce,salt,pepper and mushrooms. Simmer on low heat until done. Transfer to food grinder, add wine. Blend until smooth. Chill 1-2 hours.
