Ingredients

  • 1lb tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1-2 drops COLGIN APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions

In medium glass bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to combine the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
