Smoked Eggs

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup or more mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cilantro


Peel eggs and chop coarsely. Brush bacon with liquid smoke and cook in microwave until done. Crumble bacon and combine all ingredients in bowl Add cilranto on top of eggs.
