Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds of ground chuck
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon liquid garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 8-ounce can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In large bowl combine all the ingredients. Shape into 1¼-inch meatballs and fry in a skillet over low heat until done.
