Smoked Catfish Parmesan

Ingredients
- 6 catfish fillets
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup melted butter, or more
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Colgin pecan liquid smoke
Instructions
Combine butter and liquid smoke in a bowl. Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl. Dip the fish in the butter, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until fish is done.
